Stopped for some tacos and beer- both were good. Sports on the tv and friendly service. You can see them cooking your food which always makes me feel better. Had a back patio if you want to sit outside and a couple of pool tables. My brother frequents this place every other weekend and loves it.

We often drive through the little community of Cannon Falls. We happened to be hungry and approaching dinner so I said to the hubby---i saw a sign earlier when we went by that morning that there was a burger special advertised-We figured we had nothing to lose so in we went. It was a typical small-town bar and we like that. The ladies working there were chatty and friendly. Mostly old dudes sitting drinking and watching the news. So no music---no sports----serious news people. Apparently that is what goes down there. They even had some local papers on the bar from guys sitting there reading them. We had the burger and a beer. It was affordable and did the job. I would go again if i were thirsty and hungry and it sure as hell beats McDonald's up the road....because they have beer AND they are cheaper!

Extremely poor service. Ordered pizza and it took an hour for them to get it to us. First they said they had to switch pizza ovens, then the lady dropped it on the ground so they had to make a new one. Didn't offer any discounts or compensation. Charged us for a tall drink when that isn't what we received. To conclude they ignored us for an hour. We sat there for an hour trying to get someones attention to close our tab. The guy with the gray hair had an attitude and kept walking past us without asking if we needed or wanted another drink. The food was good but the service was horrible! We were from out of town visiting the winery but I can guarantee when we visit the winery again we will DEFINITELY NOT be going back to Chuggers ever!

On our way home from Rochester to the Twin Cities and was looking for a good place to stop in for a burger, beer and catch the game. Found Chuggers Bar & Grill on Yelp and so glad we did! The staff was so nice, the burgers were EXCELLENT, beer was cold, lost the game but still glad we stopped in. Will definitely make the short trek back there.

Visited this place because someone had suggested it. Was highly disappointed. When asked about the house pizzas, the bartender pulled out a frozen, standard grocery-store pizza from the freezer nearby. We were hoping for something a little more unique, seeing as it seemed a down home kind of place, so ordered burgers instead. The bartender rushed through taking our order and got my companion's side wrong (he wanted chips instead of fries, but got a plate of fries instead). When we ordered burgers, she didn't ask if we wanted anything on them; little did we know that lettuce, tomato, onion, etc., don't come standard. My burger ended up bland and salty; my friend's was ok, but only because his came with grilled onions and bbq sauce. The bartender seemed in a hurry to get back to her conversation with some friends who were also sitting at the bar. The plus side was that the cook on duty actually seemed like he really cared about his craft. The kitchen is open, so you can watch him while he makes your food. I liked that the hamburger buns were buttered and grilled and the portions of fries were more than ample. The drinks were good and the place looks neat, but that's about it. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

Meh. This place was just okay. More of a local hangout & you know when you walk in the door because you get that 'who are you' look. Late night, it's busy with a d.j. & tiny dance floor. Makes for an interesting evening of people watching. & the drinks are pretty cheap. By day, it's a quieter place to watch a game or grab a bite. The zesty pepperoni pizza was pretty good. If you're in Cannon, stop by if you would like some pizza or can handle the stares.

Small town bar and grill with a bunch of locals hanging out playing pool and getting their drunks on! My niece had a BBQ Bacon Burger with tots which was really good. I had some broccoli bites which were burnt and some wings which were ok...A little too much breading for my taste but not bad for 30 cents each. I can't remember what night we stopped in, but it was wing night. Service was average, on par for this type of establishment. I doubt I will come back here unless my niece totally cons me into it as it just reminds me a little too much of the local small town bars I grew up with.
